Order Processing and Shipping Information
All orders are handled within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped. The transit time is 2-7 business days. Total ETA 3-9 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and available. If you did not hear from us after 48 hours please contact us at support@bodyrecoverysupply.com
In case of delays due to high order volumes or postal service disruptions that are beyond our control, we will contact you promptly to confirm whether you would like to proceed with your order.
We ship only to the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the USA.
Due to the size and value of our products, we require a valid phone number to be provided with your shipping address.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost anytime before it has been shipped. On average, orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, so please contact us before this timeframe to ensure a successful cancellation. You can reach us through:

Damaged Orders
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging thoroughly. If you notice any damage, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. Within 24 hours, email us at support@bodyrecoverysupply.com with the following details:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the box and the SKU
• A brief description of the issue
After your request we will promptly file an insurance claim on your behalf. We exclusively ship brand-new products unless clearly stated otherwise, and your satisfaction remains our top priority.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 9 business days, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances, such as unfavorable weather conditions, may cause delays beyond our control.
We kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 business days for your order to arrive. If it still has not reached you, please contact us at support@bodyrecoverysupply.com, and we will assist you promptly or work with you to find an alternative solution.
