Initiate Returns

We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To start the return process, please contact us at support@bodyrecoverysupply.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. We kindly ask that you wait for our response before proceeding with the return.

If your items meet the requirements stated above, you can move forward with the return. Ensure the product is properly packed, and we recommend using a delivery service that provides a tracking code for added security. Please note that you are fully responsible for the package until it reaches us. Additionally, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Here is a step-by-step instruction:

2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the product.

3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you received with the product.

4. Include RA Number: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Damages

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery, and note any visible damage when signing for the item. If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU, and provide a brief description. Send these to support@bodyrecoverysupply.com within 24 hours to allow us to process an insurance claim. If damage is not reported within 24 hours, the claim may not be valid

 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Warranty claims are for damages occurring from use over time. Any damages upon arrival that are not reported within 30 days do not qualify as a warranty claim.

By default, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

BOGO Promotions

For Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for the value of that item. If the order has shipped, return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Chargebacks
