Body-Solid Warranty Agreement
This warranty applies exclusively in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc. under the Body-Solid brand name. For in-home or light commercial use, Body-Solid ensures products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage:
• Lifetime: Frame & Welds
• 3 Years: Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings, Hardware, Plates, Guide Rods
• 1 Year: Cables, Upholstery, Grips (normal wear)
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. It becomes void if the product is not assembled as instructed, misused, modified, or maintained improperly. Exclusions include expendable parts like paint and finish, labor costs, or damage from unauthorized repairs.
For warranty service, contact Body-Solid at 1-800-556-3113 or service@bodysolid.com. Replacement parts may be provided, or repairs authorized after obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Products must be returned with proof of purchase, prepaid shipping, and in appropriate packaging.
