The GFT100 comes standard with two 160 lb. weight stacks, which can be upgraded to two 210 lb. or two 310 lb. weight stacks for enhanced resistance. The optional weight stack shrouds not only add an aesthetic touch but also provide an extra layer of safety during your workouts.
With its dual weight-stack design, the GFT100 allows for iso-lateral movements, promoting balanced training and enabling you to perform a variety of exercises including flys, presses, squats, lunges, shrugs, rows, curls, extensions, press downs, crunches, and more. Pair it with an optional Body-Solid bench or stability ball to maximize workout variety.

Body-Solid Warranty Agreement
This warranty applies exclusively in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc. under the Body-Solid brand name. For in-home or light commercial use, Body-Solid ensures products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage:
• Lifetime: Frame & Welds
• 3 Years: Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings, Hardware, Plates, Guide Rods
• 1 Year: Cables, Upholstery, Grips (normal wear)
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. It becomes void if the product is not assembled as instructed, misused, modified, or maintained improperly. Exclusions include expendable parts like paint and finish, labor costs, or damage from unauthorized repairs.
For warranty service, contact Body-Solid at 1-800-556-3113 or service@bodysolid.com. Replacement parts may be provided, or repairs authorized after obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Products must be returned with proof of purchase, prepaid shipping, and in appropriate packaging. Body-Solid’s liability is limited to the product’s purchase price and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. State laws may vary regarding implied warranties and limitations.
